Exhibitors‘ Treasure Hunt
General information:
All congress participants will receive a leaflet as part of their congress documents. In this leaflet, each exhibiting company, that is part of the treasure hunt, is listed with its company logo and space for a sticker. Congress participants will collect the stickers from participating companies at the industry exhibition. Once the leaflet is completed with all stickers, the congress participants will drop the leaflet at the lottery box at the booth of the berliner kompaktkurse. At the end of the congress, there will be the lottery drawing amongst all participants.
Why we run the treasure hunt:
- networking of all exhibiting companies in one joint project
- increasing the number of visitors at the booths and therefore increasing the chance to strike up a conversation
- for congress participants: fun and diversion as well as the chance to win a prize.
Costs and modalities:
For each participating company, service charges are 40 € net (per invoice by berliner fortbildungen / berliner kompaktkurse), which cover the printing of the leaflets and stickers.
Stickers will be handed out to the participating companies at their booths at the beginning of the congress.
Organizing the Exhibitors‘ Treasure Hunt by berliner fortbildungen / berliner kompaktkurse is free of cost. In case of surplus at the final account, we will
donate this money to GV-SOLAS.
Besides the service charge, we will be happy to receive your ideas and prize donations for the lottery. Please, contact us when you have a suitable present for the lottery. For example, berliner fortbildungen will donate a coupon for a course. Gift baskets or similar portable and practical items will make nice prizes.
How to participate as exhibitor?
Please fill out the registration form below and send it together with your company logo by 30.06.2023 to berliner fortbildungen/berliner kompaktkurse.
